Acrobatics focuses on the blending of classical techniques and advanced flexibility. In the beginning of the class, students focus on exercises which strengthen and warm up every group of muscles, so as to increase stamina and reinforce muscle development. Second, students learn and practice various movements on the mat. Lastly, learned techniques are choreographed into pieces which allow students to actualise the flow of their abilities with music.

Acrobatics classes are only available to those taking a minimum of two ballet classes per week
